The whole Action Phase & Indie Boards and Cards team is just back from BGG.Con – where Aeon’s End was a HUGE hit being voted into the top 10 at the show. It was great to be able to meet so many backers and have a chance to play with you!

We are so excited that Aeon’s End has begun shipping in the US & Canada, and that shipments to the rest of the world are just around the corner. While shipping has started, it will take awhile to get all the packages out – so please don’t worry if you haven’t seen a shipping notification yet. We expect that most of the US & Canadian shipments to be sent out by Nov 30th, and be in your hands by December 9th.

Promos for Aeon’s End are included in the box. Please check to make sure that you have one of the stickers below on your box – Breach Mage backers have a different sticker than Apprentice level backers.  If you have the wrong sticker – take a picture before you open the shrink, this will help us correct the mistake in a more timely manner!

 

Damaged & Missing Components

First, let me apologize in advance. Accidents do happen, and we are here to correct them for you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Missing Items: Generally it takes up to 2 weeks for items to arrive after they have been sent. Amazon may send several packages – please check the packing list to see if everything listed on the packing list is included in the package. If you added on items that are not on the packing list, that will usually mean that you have another package coming.

If your packing was damaged, please take a picture of the package before opening it and picture(s) of the box contents (noting any damaged items) after opening. Then open the individual game boxes to see if any internal damage occurred or if any pieces are missing.

Package didn’t arrive? Most packages will show up, even if it takes a bit longer than originally planned! I am unable to submit a package as missing, and send you a replacement until your package is delayed 10 days beyond the original estimated arrival date in your shipping notice. Please wait to submit a missing package report until it is 10 days late. Sometimes packages are even marked as delivered in the tracking systems but don’t show up until the next day or so.

Please check all internal items for missing damaged components within 30 days of receipt. Your rewards are Kickstarter editions and we may not be able to replace components if you don’t check right away. Please do not request replacement parts in the Kickstarter comments or email via Kickstarter as it does not allow for attachments. Follow the steps below for replacement part requests.

To receive replacement parts and/or games, please complete all of the following steps:

1) Send an email to kickstarter@indieboardsandcards.com

2) Include your Kickstarter email address & user name (this lets me know who you are).

3) Include your current mailing address (this lets me know where to send replacements). It really helps if you include your name as part of your address, and that you use separate lines instead of commas.

4) Tell me specifically what you are missing and/or damaged items. (this lets me know what you are missing). Please check everything so I can all replacements at one time. Please be specific – “I am missing everything” isn’t specific 😉

5) If applicable, attach pictures of damaged items and/or packaging. This is required if you want a replacement box – so please don’t throw away damaged shipping boxes until you have taken pictures.

This is a very busy part of the Kickstarter process. Having gone through this many times in the past we are confident in our approach, but know that not every package will arrive according to plan. We ask for your patience in advance, and your understanding that we will work with you to resolve issues.
